If it's not a module built for Moodle, it is not going to be deliverable in any meaningful way by Moodle. The best you could hope for would be to provide links to the downloadable application that the students would run locally, if they had the rights to do so on the computers they were using.


The Lesson module allows you to branch based on student answers. But this is not the same as a full adaptable test, and would take a long time to build.
