Thank you for posting this. I, too, am wondering if there are alternatives before recommending that we make a commitment to stay with this tool.
I also wondered if anyone had spoken with the 3rd party vendor with success? I tried to call them this afternoon at the phone number listed on the letter, and did not even get an answering machine.
