Small numbers (five Sunday and ten so far today) of northern flickers have been moving through the yard.
A flock of turkeys continues daily visits to the yard. Nine this morning that looked to be adults. Other turkey visits have included a mix of adult and juveniles. Eleven birds (seven adults and four juveniles) constitutes the largest flock at one time (last week). Can't say, given the fluctuating mix of adults and youngsters as well as total flock size, whether these birds are part of one flock or represent
several different groups.
