My regular late afternoon walk today in the Tomapo Farm fields resulted in watching a Northern Harrier (female or juvy) surveying the dandelion carpeted hayfield. The Harrier performed a couple of classic hovers, but no descent that I witnessed. Two male Bobolinks in the same small tree serenading each other. Our adopted Ruffed Grouse is still making daily jaunts to check on our yard. David Jorgensen Lebanon, NH
