This afternoon about 5:30 on I-89 SB near the Quechee exit, I saw a white soaring bird with some black on its body. It was sleeker and a bit smaller than a hawk and a bit like a gull but not a gull. It looked somewhat like a White Kite I saw on the Cornell birder's site.
Does anyone know what this was?
