Had over 200 waxwings Sunday - mostly bohemian with a few cedars in the mix. Today
there were over 50 eating away at the ornamental apple tree or twilling in the
locust tree - again just a few cedars.

The common grackle which has been around for 2 weeks, still shows up and finally
joined by 2 red-wings.

Very fun to watch the male red bellied woodpecker. On Friday he and a starling
were fighting over the suet and today he was chasing the hairy woodpecker up the
maple tree.
