Day depends on where you are but, in any case, take the day off and download the following updates:

iTunes 10.6, iPhoto 9.2.2, Garageband 6.0.5, for Mac.
iBooks, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Find iPhone, for iPad.

May be more but these may just be a followup on latest Apple releases.
