Enjoy winter carnival by getting outside! Because you know you have always wanted to go on a trip with the DOC. Bring a friend, and play in the winter before everything melts! WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY Dinertoure! Shepherd's Pie, Quechee VT. 6:45AM One of my hometown homeboys had a dream that the local deli would name a sandwich after him. Every day for four years, he'd go in with a new recipe idea, and ask "Have I done it? Have I given birth to the Sal Snipes?" Mike behind the counter would say "nah kid that won't sell" and make him a turkey burger. Finally, on the day of graduation Mike held Sal close and said "Kid. You don't need a new sandwich. You got the right ingredients right there", and pointed to Sal's heart. Then he took "The Turkey Burger" off the menu and replaced it with a sign that said "Sal Meat". When we go to Shepherd's Pie on Wednesday, don't be jealous of the shepherds immortalized in each dish. Don't obsess over your legacy, or scratch your name into their tables. Just live your life, and the sandwich will be there at the end. The ride is free, bring small bills.
