Re: #9742 Host for Future IALLT/FLEAT Conferences

Dear IALLT Members,

As we look forward to IALLT 2013 in Ft. Lauderdale, it is not too early to be thinking about conference locations for 2015 and 2017.  In 2015 we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the NALLD/IALL/IALLT organization.  It might also be possible to once again partner with our Japanese colleagues of LET for FLEAT VI.  However, if you are interested in hosting FLEAT, please keep in mind that the conference would need to take place during the last few days of July and first few days of August in order to accommodate the members of LET, and it would be ideal to find a host in the western half of the United States.  The IALLT Board would also need to work with the LET organization to approve a potential FLEAT conference.

If you are interested in hosting an IALLT Conference at your institution (or FLEAT in 2015), please send a proposal following the Guidelines below.  Any questions you may have may be directed to Stacey Powell, IALLT Programs Director and IALLT Conference Advisor ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>).
