Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. After I inquired of the administrator of this list over the weekend, he added messages to the list archives this morning going back to January 2006, and some from a month in 2003 as well. <http://listserv.dartmouth.org/scripts/wa.exe?A0=MACSCRPT>

I am following up with him to see if older archives can be found and recovered.
