Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. While I can't stop anyone from doing this, I'm going to point out that it was pouring down rain an hour ago, and is supposed to get worse all day.  And Boston Lot has been slightly soggy all week.  If you decide to go, please be very careful not to rut out trails.
