Thanks for responding.
I tried the macro. It does more than I asked. It gave me 142 pages of info instead of only the 57 occurrences searched for and found. Is there a way/macro to clean this up to include only the instances instead of the extras?

As for Firefox, The QWERTY Arabic keyboard is greyed in Firefox 4+, but available in Firefox 3.6.
Have you selected (checked) QWERTY Arabic keyboard in System Preferences=>Language & Text=>Input Sources?
YES.

Try the macro mentioned in my previous post.

There is no use now for it except knowing how many time something is in your file.
If it is just to know how many occurrences were found, the total appears at the bottom left in the Find/Replace window at the end of the Find All operation.

In Firefox 4 and 5 the QWERTY Arabic keyboard is not available. In Firefox 3.6 and before it is ok. Is this a Firefox problem or MacOs problem? I use MacOs 10.5.8.
I can't test this in 10.5.8, but in 10.6.8 there is no problem with QWERTY Arabic keyboard in Firefox 5.0.1 and Firefox 6 beta.
