Cool ! This works perfectly. I am replacing a soft return with a space. Once I have all the changes highlighted, I choose a highlight colour and all the changes are highlighted. When satisfied with the results I select the entire text and remove the highlight colour attributes. It couldn't be simpler or neater. Thanks Ben and Nobumi ! T
