We recently facilitated an oral exam for Spanish involving 200 students, each of whom recorded a separate exam on Voice Board. There are 20 sections of the same class (say second-semester Spanish), and each section has its individual Blackboard site. Here's the problem: when each individual instructor opens her Bb site to check on the Voice Boards for her 20 students, *200* Voice Boards come up. That is, all of the Voice Boards show up in each instructor's individual Blackboard site dedicated to just one section of 20 people. Does anyone know the source of this problem, and a possible work-around? Is it possibly a problem with the interface between Wimba Voice Tools and Blackboard? I'll be grateful for all suggestions, off-list.
