One that might be of interest to you is called Linguafolio. There is both a paper version from the National Council of State Supervisors for Languages and an electronic version (that will, I hope, be publicly available from Avant Assessment by next fall. Right now it's being tested by the University of Oregon and they aren't taking any new testers). I saw a demo of the electronic Linguafolio at ACTFL and it was quite impressive. However, it does require a distinct change in mindset, since it is about helping students learn to evaluate themselves and give evidence for their decisions rather than the teacher evaluating them. I do expect that if we implement something like this, we will provide support for it in our LRC.
