You can reply to that message to provide feedback -ipadio and gabcast allow you to create a channel and have students record their voices by phone or on the web and have them posted to a channel where you can assess them. In this case the audio is available for as many or as few listeners as you allow based on how you set the permissions. -Aviary myna is like audacity but on the web. In either case you could have a dropbox where students post their recorded files. Create a dropbox in drop.io if you don't have one through your institution. Those are the first few that come to mind but I'm sure there are more if I know more about the details of the types of recordings you are trying to have students do.
