Hi Dick, Have you looked at Vimeo (http://www.vimeo.com)? Like YouTube, Vimeo allows you to create albums, channels, and groups, and provides you with embedding HTML; unlike YouTube, you can also restrict access to videos using a password such that viewers do not need to register an account to gain access. The downside is that there's an upload limit of 500MB per week on free accounts.
