DISH network had totally strewed up our account last year and started billing some monthly, even though we had paid ahead the whole year. It took me HOURS on the phone talking with a LOT of people there. They will be getting another phone call from me about this. From what I grasped in spending so many calls and hours, their billing system is awful and doesn't allow for a variety of ordinary functions. They will likely say that one can pay AHEAD if they want to, but I would need a BILL for that amount before my business office would pay that... Their billing and accounting is a mess.
