No special hardware needs to be purchased. Their subscription fee is $8 a month and you can get in and out freely. A nice thing about this way is that new songs are constantly being added and the entire selection is over 20,000 songs. I think it is worth considering this type of option instead of purchasing stand-alone karaoke machine. Sincerely, Kazumi Hatasa ************************************************************************* * Kazumi Hatasa phone: (765) 494-3846 * Professor of Japanese (765) 496-1700 (fax) * Director, the Japanese School at Middlebury College * * Purdue University * Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures * 640 Oval Drive * West Lafayette, IN 47907-2017 * * (summer address) * The Japanese School * Middlebury College * Middlebury, VT 05753 * * e-mail: [log in to unmask] * http://www.sla.purdue.edu/fll/personal/hatasa.html ************************************************************************** On 6/16/09 8:27 PM, "LLTI-Editor" <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Dear LLTIers, > > A Japanese instructor has requested that our language center purchase a > Karaoke > system.
