In particular, I would like to know if any lab/center has a Director that is half time or less. In our Language Resource Center at UW-La Crosse, (student body 10,000: Modern Languages Dept., around 1400 enrolled in classes per semester, of which 700 are majors/minors), the LRC Director position is currently 50%, which I believe merits an increase in hours/percentage due to the evolution and use of the Lab, and technology in general, for language classes. I am in search of "evidence" to convince the administration of this need. Any help that you may offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jean Jean M.
