We have noticed that our beginner students love to start with the lists we have for their target language before moving on to more complex tasks and language software. Check to see the lists here and create your own by buying a deluxe version. http://www.byki.com/category/Hindi/a . With the DeLuxe version you can create your own, add text, pictures and sound to the flashcards. Hope this helps Edith Paillat Language Learning Centre Victoria University of Wellington New Zealand http://www.victoria.ac.nz/llc/about/projects.aspx -----Original Message----- From: Language Learning and Technology International Information Forum [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of LLTI-Editor Sent: Wednesday, October 08, 2008 10:33 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: #8966 online Flash cards --- Forwarded Message from Ed Dixon <[log in to unmask]> --- >Date: Tue, 07 Oct 2008 14:47:52 -0400 >From: Ed Dixon <[log in to unmask]> >User-Agent: Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 (Windows/20080914) >To: [log in to unmask] >CC: [log in to unmask] >Subject: online Flash cards Hi All, I have a faculty member in Hindi who is looking to create online flash cards for learning vocabulary. We're looking at WordChamp but would like your feedback on software that you may be using to create flash cards for your classes. Thanks, Ed -- Edward M.
