Apparently the image expires after 30 days unless we find a work around. Itech would like me to use Sys Prep; however, if I recall correctly from XP, this was not the ideal option because a number of program settings were lost in the ghost process. ************************ Mary: We have not yet migrated to Vista, but I can tell you that we use a combo of Sysprep and Symantec Ghost. We configure our reference computer, sysprep it and shut it down. Then we boot it into Ghost with a floppy (I know, I know) and create the image. We do this with 4 different Dell models and have only needed the sysprep.inf file to be in the right place on all for them to get the proper data when imaged. I'll be happy to answer any further questions or elaborate on this one.
