Educators are encouraged and welcome to attend and participate in the SCOLA Conference being held in Omaha, Nebraska and on the SCOLA Campus in McClelland, Iowa May 15th to 16th, 2008. Please join us for an informative, productive and enjoyable forum with foreign language professionals as we exchange ideas, discuss imminent needs, learn about new technologies and experience SCOLA hospitality. The annual SCOLA conference has limited availability and pre-registration is strongly recommended for conference attendance. SCOLA Headquarters is located in McClelland, Iowa and the annual conference is designed to accommodate the schedules of Foreign Language Educators allowing the option of attending the conference and returning home the next day. There will be a special Conference rate of $99.00 per night at the Downtown Double Tree Hotel. The $100 Conference registration fee includes: The opening lunch at the Omaha Downtown Double Tree Conference Center, the evening social hour and dinner at the Double D Ranch, the closing lunch at the Islamorada Fish Company, all transportation during the Conference and the educational "hands-on" sessions and presentations. You will be responsible for your transportation to and from the Conference and your lodging.
