What are the steps to make a 'slide show' of a PDF document?

Would it play well on a <blech!> Windoz machine? Even VISTA? A DVD-to-
Televison system? As it would on a Mac?

The idea of a SOUND FILE on such a disc had not crossed my mind, but
you DO have a fascinating idea there. THANKS!!!!!

Obviously a 40-page document would not take up a LOT of space on a
DVD disc. We could do SO MUCH MORE!

WONDERFUL idea! Thanks, ever so much for that moment of inspiration.
