Yesterday afternoon (Jan. 13) between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. we watched
near the corner of Mt. Support Rd. and La Haye Street in Lebanon as
an estimated one to three thousand crows flew into the trees at that
corner and a little south of the corner. This morning a little
before 6:30 a.m., we went back to that area. It was still dark, but
there were no crows there. As we drove north, going slowly along Mt.
Summit Rd., we began to hear them. They were now in trees near the
edge of a large parking lot for some office buildings on the right
near the end of Mt. Summit Rd. They were restless and noisy, then
gradually began to fly off as it began to get light.
I would be interested to know at what time they changed places!
