Lloyd, are your HC-FM links sufficient to get all of the data you'd like to move to SQL into FM? If so, there are a handful of tools to move from FM to SQL. There is also something called "AS2SQL" or similar. I can't locate the link for you, but the package is a collection of handlers/wrappers for SQL commands. A jolly google should get you to it.
