Check out http://www.gizmoproject.com/ gizmo. Like Skype it lets you use your computer as a phone but also has a built-in recording feature. It's cross platform.

Is anyone else interested software specifically designed to record skype conversations on the Mac. We use Pamela Systems, and I'm trying to convince them to support both platforms. We've been happy with the PC functionality.
