Hi,
    If the characters appear as a square box, that means you don't have the 
proper font for the character. Make sure that your system can display both 
traditional and simplified Chinese correctly before you use any converter.
    For converters, I am only familiar with thosed used on Windows. You can 
find them on the following page:
    http://search2.onlinedown.net/search.asp?Keyword=big5
    If you use a PC, MS Word has a buid-in function that can convert big5 to 
GB, and vice-versa.
