I would like to ask anyone who has been through the lab research and implementation process if they have, or know where I can find, an example of a Request for Proposal. I have a template with all of the 'legalese', and tons of information on the specific features of different language lab systems, but I$E2m finding it difficult to work back from the specific to the abstract or general features to be listed in the OErequired features$E2 and OEpreferred features$E2 sections of the RFP, and in deciding how to group them. If anyone could point me to a language lab RFP available on the Web, or would like to send one to me or the list, or knows of any guides on writing language lab RFPs, please let me know (I$E2m sure others going through the process would find it useful as well). Thanks.
