Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in applied linguistics, foreign language pedagogy, instructional technology, or related field; training in second language acquisition; knowledge of foreign language pedagogy and technology; expertise in designing Web sites, digital graphics, and multimedia materials for instructional use; substantive knowledge of current Macintosh and Windows software and hardware; experience with digitizing and streaming media with video editing; experience with planning and writing grant proposals; interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills; skills in written and oral communication with both non-technical end users and technical staff; and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
