Many of our instructors are wanting to get such permission, mostly from publishers of language textbooks, to digitize and/or stream the accompanying audio/video/exercises for their students from a password protected course website. They are asking for a sample letter to help them craft their permission requests. If you have a letter that you've used successfully, and it's in English, and you're willing to send a generic version of it, we'd be very grateful.
