The fourth choice is On-Screen Keyboard. paul -----Original Message----- From: Language Learning and Technology International Information Forum [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of LLTI-Editor Sent: Monday, October 20, 2003 7:17 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: #7289 Virtual keyboard displays --- Forwarded Message from Jack Burston <[log in to unmask]> --- >Date: Fri, 17 Oct 2003 18:58:20 -0400 >From: Jack Burston <[log in to unmask]> >Subject: Virtual keyboard displays >To: Language Learning and Technology International Information Forum <[log in to unmask]>, Calico discussion list <[log in to unmask]> >Cc: [log in to unmask] >User-Agent: Microsoft-Entourage/10.1.4.030702.0 ------------------ Please excuse the cross posting Dear Colleagues, Now that Windows-XP is fully Unicode compliant it makes the display of virtually any language script a simple matter of installing and selecting the language needed. Inputting those characters from the keyboard, however, appears to be another matter. I've poked around ever corner of XP in search of some kind of virtual keyboard display feature, but can find none. If it actually exists I would greatly appreciate learning how to access it. If it doesn't, which I strongly suspect is the case, can anyone recommend a third party product that will do the trick? Thanks in advance.
