What I do is copy and paste the data into notepad, open excel, and import the data into a spreadsheet. I then can sort by last name for a complete list of scores. The emails could be put into one folder, monthly, and saved to disk for an emergency backup, or if anyone wanted to refer to a particular student's incorrect answers (i.e., all grammar, vocabulary, etc.) they could pull up that email, only. Contact me directly if you want any other information. je Jan Enright Lab Services Coordinator, ITS Colorado College 14 East Cache La Poudre Colorado Springs, CO 80903 719.389.6159 [log in to unmask] -----Original Message----- From: LLTI-Editor [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Monday, May 05, 2003 11:15 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: #7143 BYU Placement Tests --- Forwarded Message from Georgia Schlau <[log in to unmask]> --- >Date: Mon, 05 May 2003 11:38:10 -0400 >From: Georgia Schlau <[log in to unmask]> >Subject: BYU Placement Tests >To: Language Learning and Technology International Information Forum <[log in to unmask]> ------------------ The College of Charleston Foreign Language Department would like to use the online Placement Tests produced by BYU but is running into trouble with the Student Advising Center because they do not want to handle 3000+ individual scores sent by email. How do universities who use these exams handle reporting the scores? Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Georgia Schlau College of Charleston
