I've tried connecting to the printer in various ways (IP, Appletalk, etc.), installing the OS X driver, changing the fonts, etc. and it always looks right on the screen but prints in jibberish. I found on the HP website the following discouraging words: "NOTE: At this time, only certain languages are supported when using Mac OS X. The default language of English will be installed if a language is not supported. Some languages not currently supported are: Chi_simp, Chi-trad, etc." I'm not sure if this means it can't print in Chinese, or it can't have Chinese in the printer's dialog boxes, or what. Has anyone encountered and/or resolved this problem? I have temporarily connected a DeskJet 940C to the machine, which is able to print fine. Is this going to have to be the permanent solution? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
