I use Final Cut Pro 3 to create a variety of types of videos for
language and culture teaching, including full length documentaries,
short movies of culture or language topics, and short clips of only a
few seconds each. The short clips (exported to QuickTime) are especially
useful, as they can target specific aspects of language, and can be
easily saved on the computer to integrate into PowerPoint, web, or other
multimedia applications.
