Japanese update can be found from http://download.microsoft.com/download/officexpstandard/imejpn/1/w98nt42kme/en-us/imejpn.exe It requires Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher, and Outlook Express 5.0 or If you have Explorer 5.5, please install Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 and Internet Tools. (more info at http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/imejpn.aspx ) Same in simplified, http://download.microsoft.com/download/officexpstandard/imechs/1/w98nt42kme/en-us/imechs.exe , or traditional , http://download.microsoft.com/download/officexpstandard/imecht/1/w98nt42kme/en-us/imecht.exe , Chinese. We are running Windows2000 with OfficeXP, and we noticed the most problem in OfficeXP. But now with applying the above everything is running OK. Hope this helps.
