GlossMaker
The GlossMaker allows teachers to provide on-line texts with annotations or glosses. The glosses can be precisely contextualized and contain media files or images.   Works with KOI8. A CJK version is available for Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

DictoMaker
The DictoMaker creates a series of frames based page that use an online dictionary to automatically "gloss" your text.  Students highlight a word, it's transferred to a dictionary and it looks up the word automatically. Currently works with French, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, and German.

ClozeMaker
The ClozeMaker creates fill-in/cloze exercises that replace incorrect characters in the student's answer when the "c" button is pressed. When the answer is correct, stars appear around the answer. These exercises work well with sound files (which can be inserted using the code in the example or using an editing program). Works with KOI8. A CJK version is available for Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

EvalMaker
The evalmaker will take two blocks of text (questions and answers) and create an exercise that a student can use to evaluate his or her own answers. This form allows you to include language-specific title, instructions, and a media file. Works with KOI8.

MatchMaker
The Matchmaker creates a classic two-column matching exercise where students supply the letter that matches with the number on the left. When the student hits the correction key incorrect answers will be blanked out with feedback. If all answers are correct the student will get feedback (which can be in the target language).  Works with KOI8.

MatchMaker2
The MatchMaker2 creates DHTML (dynamic HTML) exercises where students have to drag and drop images to match a text cue. If the image lines up properly it will "pop" into place and target language feedback is offered in a small green box.  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

MultiMaker
The MultiMaker writes a multiple choice exercise of as many questions as you'd like. It provides for contextual feedback for as many as four answers. Great for true/false or more complicated listening and reading comprehension exercises.  Works with KOI8.

PlaceMaker
The PlaceMaker makes "true or false" a drag and drop exercise which provides a venue (like a room or a suitcase) and a list of vocabulary words. The vocabulary you provide either goes with the image or it doesn't.If the word is dropped on the image and is appropriate, a green box appears around the word and feedback is offered. Otherwise, the box is red and feedback is displayed.   Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

PlaceMaker2
The PlaceMaker2 template makes a "true or false" drag and drop exercise with two images. Students are given vocabulary words that fit in one image or the other. They drag the correct vocab into an image, the background of the word turns to the background behind the correct image, and feedback is presented. If they put a word on the wrong image it hangs there until it is moved over the correct image.  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

PlaceMaker3
The PlaceMaker3 template creates a drag and drop exercise where students are given vocabulary words that fit into a specific location in an image (that you can provide if you wish). They drag the correct vocab into an image and the background of the word turns green if they have the item in the correct location.  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

OrderMaker
The OrderMaker creates a drag and drop exercise where students are given sentence parts that they have to arrange in proper order. When a piece snaps into place, a black line appears above it to indicate it is correct. The tiles that they drag and drop can either be color coded or all gray (for a higher level of difficulty).  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

OrderMaker2
The OrderMaker2 allows you to create a DHMTL sentence order exercise.   Students need to drag segments of a sentence into place and build the sentence and they have to fill in the blanks using clues from you on tiles of your choice.  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.

MemoryMaker
The MemoryMaker creates an exercise where students "flip" tiles over and try to remember which one it matches with. When they find two files that match, they both disappear. No tiles left means they're all correct.  Works with KOI8, Chinese and Japanese.
