Some publishers, such as Heinle, have duplication request forms online. If I don't get the permission, I don't duplicate. If I do get permission it's always with the restriction that the duplicated tapes are for use in the lab only. Students have to buy them from the publisher if they want them. -----Original Message----- From: LLTI-Editor [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2001 8:12 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: #6315 Copying Audio Cassettes --- Forwarded Message from "John M. In the text, Puntos De Partida, it states: Cassette tapes are free to adopting institutions and are also available for student purchase upon request. So, does this mean that I can copy the tapes? As a new lab director, I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks, John Esposito. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* John M.
