There is a textbook entitled Spanish for Medical Personnel, 5th ed, (c) 1992,  DC Heath & Co. which is
accompanied by a set of audiocassettes.  Although it is not multimedia, the program does approach the
vocab topically, presenting a number of scenarios.  You might want to check with Barb Hassel
([log in to unmask]).  She used it several years ago.
