Most document cameras have comparable features.
Here are some basics you might consider:

 - capable of transmitting any visual image
 - allows for two and three dimensional objects
 - camera operable in low light conditions
 - variable focus ability
 - zoom
 - keystone correction feature
 - handles NTSC, as well as foreign standards (PAL, SECAM)
 - 135 degree tilt (so you can use for head shots as well as documents)

Another feature on which to compare similar models is the bulb
 - brightness & bulb life factors
 - double-port for on-the-fly switching when a bulb burns out

Also consider the output of the projected image (expressed in lumens)

Finally, for an all-purpose machine, depending on budget and intended use:
 - auxiliary inputs (for throughput of video signal from other
sources such as vcr or computer)
 - sound-handling capability
it never hurts to have PA ability

happy shopping!
