Well, this sort of lab has been upgraded by more sophisticated
response systems since I was teaching high school. but it seems to me
that, besides its radio-like wireless system (which has been around
for some time), it is a drill&kill set-up.  Because part of the point
is that YOU monitor live your students' work, it is not that much
different from live classroom.  The beauty of computers is not
digital, but rather the fact that you take a familiar tool and use it
to offer multiple possibilities to tour students, including being
monitored.
