Responsibilities: Major areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to publications design, editing, writing, working with print providers, and Web-page design and management. Minimum qualifications: At least 2 years experience in publication development from concept to finished product and demonstrated working knowledge of the World Wide Web. Should possess strong interpersonal skills and be effective in both oral and written communication. A bachelor's degree in a communications field is required. Candidates selected for interview will be required to present a portfolio of editorial/publications/Web-page samples. Job-skills testing may be administered. To apply send a current resume, a cover letter stating reasons for being considered for the position, and the names of five references with personal knowledge of current and past performance.
