UCI's campus population is 51% Asian, and our enrollments in Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese and Korean) have been steadily rising. We are now investigating the addition of Vietnamese language as well. The only other language whose enrollment compares is Spanish, which in Southern California is also understandable.
