I think that it beats FrontPage in the ease of use category, the same version is available for Mac and PC, and it adds very little extraneous code. The choice of an editor depends on both who is using it and the goals of the user. I would think for most uses a program like Home Page would be all that is necessary. It supports embedding and other useful features for language technology. Of course, I want to start working with DHTML, and Home Page is not the right choice for that. The other problem with Home Page is that it has not been updated since 1997 (!). Perhaps Filemaker/Apple has an update up its sleeve, but I haven't heard anything.
