Have you always wanted to break a board? Has learning a martial art/self-defense always been on your bucket list? Or are you a black belt? Looking for a fun way to meet new people while getting a workout in? Need a fun PE credit?

 

Join DTKD’s first practice of 24W this Saturday, January 6th 3-5 pm in the Mat Room in Alumni Gym (MP 182)!!! No experience necessary!!!

 

Our practice schedule for Winter term is:

Monday 6:30 - 7:30pm @ Mat Room: Regular Taekwondo Practice
Tuesday 7:00 – 8:30pm @ Mat Room: Sparring Practice
Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm @ Mat Room: Regular Taekwondo Practice
Thursday 6:15 – 7:30pm @ Mat Room: Strength & Conditioning
Thursday 7:30 – 8:30pm @ Poolview Room: Poomse Practice
Saturday 3:00 – 5:00pm @ Mat Room: Regular Taekwondo Practice

 

Come to as many or as few practices as you would like! We have members of all experience levels, from never having done a martial art before to third degree black belts.
