The Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) at the Rockefeller Center is a one-term program designed to bring out your fullest leadership potential. Presented in a weekly workshop format, MLDP invites accomplished experts eager to engage with students and share the secrets of success. You will learn a mix of leadership theory and practical skills that you can practice right away to achieve your goals at Dartmouth and beyond.
