Any college-recognized organization may use the listserv to advertise opportunities to join or apply
for membership at the first meeting of each term and advertise events or programs open to campus any time except during reading and finals period.
Personal messages, including postings about lost items or student surveys, are prohibited.
Groups are welcome to distribute one message per day, two messages
per seven-day period.
Events sponsored by a College-recognized organization must use the @dartmouth.edu account
of the sponsoring organization (not personal accounts). Send your message to [log in to unmask] exactly as
you would like it distributed (including subject; no edits can be made to it by the manager).
In addition, if multiple organizations plan to advertise about the same event, only 3 blitzes will
be allowed per week between all organizations involved, so plan accordingly.
