Lunch Time Mindfulness Meditation – Every Friday, 12-12-30 pm, Student Wellness Center (Robo 322). Fruit & cheese provided!  
FREE drop-in guided mindfulness meditation EVERY Friday.  Each week we’ll explore ways to calm and focus the mind and body through various guided mindfulness exercises followed with time for sharing and questions.
 
No experience necessary! Students, staff, & faculty welcome!
