We are still a few months out from knowing who most of the Dartmouth Class of '23 will be, but what we do know is the exceptional team of people who will be leading the effort to welcome them to Dartmouth and the New Hampshire outdoors.  Comprising 10 Croo Captains and 10 Coordinators (including a second Sustainability Coordinator, new this year), the Directorate team will spend the next eight months working and planning hard behind the scenes on everything from redesigning trip itineraries, to increasing accessibility and attention to mental health, to training volunteers.
