Are you a pre-medical student aspiring to become a physician and work with underserved communities? Do you come from a background that is under-represented in medicine (African-Americn/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Pacific Islander, and low-income backgrounds)?

If you answered "yes" to both those questions, then

come to the MAPS GENERAL BODY MEETINGS taking place on Tuesdays throughout 19W in the OPAL Student Resources Center: the one-story building under Brittle Lounge and located on 6 Choate Rd Hanover, NH 03755.

What is MAPS? Aside from being the only national organization for pre-medical students from under-represented backgrounds in medicine on campus...

The mission of MAPS is to provide under-represented premedical
students with the mentorship, resources, support, and experiences necessary for
future applicants to medical school while giving back to the community—at
Dartmouth and beyond. By connecting undergraduate students of color to Geisel
medical students and various faculty and staff from the multiple schools
composing Dartmouth, we hope to provide members of MAPS with meaningful support
systems and networking opportunities so they are positioned to succeed as
future physicians beyond Dartmouth.

Join us to build a diverse community of aspiring physicians and learn about upcoming regional and national conferences, programs and networking opportunities with Geisel students, and other exciting opportunities! General body meetings are scheduled for TUESDAYS on JAN. 15TH, JAN. 29th, FEB 12th, and FEB 26th between 7:00PM - 8:00 PM.
